The Brief:
The client required an internationally deployed (localized) system that allows its global franchisees to capture membership, venue and class data for every term (historically accessible and reportable).
It needed to automate Invoicing and receipts to parents (termly and monthly depending on venue), as well as calculate membership fees and royalties owed to each country's Head Office (Master Franchise).
It needed to have multiple operators per franchise each with various permissions to access certain parts of the system as well as be able to view all franchises under a master franchise.
Each Master Franchise should be able to run batch printing of certificates every term as well as calculate statistical data.
Central Online Database:
- Hosted, centralised SQL Relational Database.
- Includes Historical Timeline of franchise term data for historical and current reporting.

The Brief:
The client required 3 distinct management systems (Supplier Desktop, Reseller Desktop and Web Extranet) that serve its own in-house needs as well as the in-house needs of their clients, while allowing seamless integration between systems to aid in the order placement and tracking process.
Head Office (Supplier) needed to capture and maintain it's catalogues of Blinds and Sundries including all related fix types, colours and control mechanisms (for periodic export to their Clients using the Reseller Application), calculate factory production formulas and dimensions on the fly for jobsheets, Track Leads, Projects, Customer Interactions, Orders, Quotes, Invoices and Delivery Schedules.

The Brief:
The client required an privately hosted nationally deployed system that allows its multi-branch operators to capture and track shipping information such as containers, bill of lading, packing lists and client purchase orders.
It needed to facilitate scanned document storage and attachment.
It also required a web accessible interface for their clients to manage their shipping info, access scanned documents and check statuses.
The system needed to detect periodic exceptions (according to predefined business rules) and alert by email and info bar any and all shipments who break the rules.
The system also had to be able to run reports in the background and be able to schedule them to send to specified email addresses.
It also needed to allow the import of XLS, XML and CSV flat files with adjustable mappings to the data tables.
